Good product, bad communication

Super unclear on the timing of orders and when they can be expected to ship. I honestly had forgotten I ordered it because it took so long and the only email I ever received was that my order was confirmed. No idea on approximately when I could expect it. I mostly ordered because my normal guy doesn’t do no nose bands, but I think can look elsewhere after this.

I have not received my order yet nor have I heard from the owner that my order was received. But hopefully the 2 halter ordered arrive soon. They will be amazing as the quality and colors look amazing in all the pictures that are posted!
